My Story
HI there! I'm Melinda Knight and I joined Scentsy in March of 2010.
I first discovered Scentsy at an elementary school fair. I just happened to walk by a table and smell bubblegum sweetness. I stopped and immediately had to turn around to see what was putting off that smell. You see, I was OBSESSED with candles and had to know if it was a candle. Well, it was a warmer and wax filling the air with the most amazing scent! I had to know all about it. I asked a ton of questions and left with a warmer and a bar of wax. I couldn't believe it! The scent could fill my entire house! I was HOOKED! So that weekend I jumped online and browsed all the products. I was ready to buy it all! But sadly, I couldn't. I had just recently quit my job so that I could be at home with my kids and be involved more with their school and activities. As I scrolled through the website, I saw that I could sign on to be a consultant. So I did!
When I first started out, Scentsy wasn't as known as it is now. I was able to introduce this amazing warmer system to almost all my friends and family. I was excited! I couldn't wait to see where this could take me. Once I started to earn money and enjoy what I did, I was so happy. I am now a Super Star Consultant and I am still so happy! Next goal: Director!
Scentsy is an amazing company to be a part of. I truly believe in this company as a whole and everything that it brings. Scentsy has allowed me to help my family with bills, travel, Christmas presents and more! I have made so many friends along the way. Whether that be other consultants or my customers. Being a part of something that you genuinely love is a fabulous feeling. Making money and friends too, well that is just the icing on the cake!
